80/20 Rule
The Pareto principle, also known as the 80/20 rule, states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Translated to the Austin tech community, one would not be far off to say that 20% of the workers do 80% of the work. This is a frightening issue that needs to be addressed.

By getting technically qualified software developers of high character, integrity, and reliability hired, we are hoping to address this issue.
